1. Eligibility

To rent a bike from Dau Rental, you must satisfy the following requirements.

Minimum age as required by applicable law.
Possess a valid government-issued Driving License.
Provide valid identity proof.
Provide accurate contact information.
Agree to verification before booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to bike availability and successful verification. Dau Rental reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any booking if required.

Booking confirmation is sent after payment verification.
Users must arrive on time for pickup.
Late arrival may affect booking validity.
Booking details must be accurate.
Identity verification is mandatory.

3. Rental Rules

During the rental period, customers are responsible for the proper use, security and safe operation of the rented bike.

Wear a helmet while riding.
Follow all traffic laws.
No illegal activities.
No unauthorized modifications.
Return the bike in good condition.

4. Payments & Security Deposit

All rental charges, security deposits and additional fees must be paid before the vehicle is handed over unless otherwise agreed by Dau Rental.

Rental charges must be paid in advance.
A refundable security deposit may apply.
Late return charges are applicable.
Traffic fines are the rider's responsibility.
Additional charges may apply for damages.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Customers may cancel bookings according to Dau Rental's cancellation policy. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and the applicable refund policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before pickup.
Refunds are processed within the applicable timeframe.
Convenience charges may be non-refundable.
Dau Rental reserves the right to cancel bookings if necessary.

6. Damage & Liability

Customers are responsible for any loss, theft or damage occurring during the rental period. Repair costs, insurance deductibles and other applicable expenses may be recovered from the customer.

Ride responsibly at all times.
Report accidents immediately.
Do not allow unauthorized riders.
Return the bike with all accessories.

7. Prohibited Uses

The rented vehicle must not be used for unlawful or unsafe activities.

Racing or stunt riding.
Transporting illegal goods.
Commercial use without permission.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Sub-renting the vehicle.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dau Rental shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except where required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Dau Rental website including logos, graphics, images, text, software and branding is the exclusive property of Dau Rental and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Dau Rental reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately after being published on this page.
